This is a Vietnamese takeout "hole in the wall" located inside Eden Center. Prices are reasonable and there is a variety of ready to eat food options, including grilled pork skewers, fried red snapper, Vietnamese soups, mam ca loc.
Cafe Trung Nguyen truly impressed us with their mouthwatering pork and chicken grilled skewers at our company meeting! The flavors were so irresistible that not a single skewer remained. Cafe trứng nóng, thơm vị cafe, ngọt và béo của trứng hòa quyện vào nhau tạo nên một vị rất riêng, rất … Hà Nội. Quán cafe nho nhỏ, nằm trên tầng hai của một ngôi nhà cổ (biển cũ không bắt mắt, cộng thêm phía dưới là hàng bán balo vali nên nhiều người đi qua mà không biết). Những vật dụng, cách bài trí trang trí cũng như cách làm cafe ở đây tạo nên một không gian xưa cũ đầy hoài niệm, dường như bình lặng hơn nhiều so với thế giới sôi động phía bên ngoài ban công. Gu âm nhạc của chủ quán cũng tinh tế và chất, vừa nhâm nhi cafe, nhấm chút hướng dương và tận hưởng một không gian tĩnh giữa lòng thủ đô, vừa thả mình theo âm nhạc đúng là không gì sánh bằng.
